Every Other Weekend Contract:

Weeks Pay Details:

(Travel pay) = Blended hourly pay: $28.75/ hour (W2: $12/HR + $670/ week (Stipend)

Fixed) =

Weekly Taxable:

$480/ week = Weekly Non

taxable: $670/ week (Stipend)
Fixed = Gross weekly: $1,150/ week (Overtime rate: $18/ hour) (OT is 1.5

Requirements:

Active CNA Certification

BLS/BCLS

Required 1+ Year LTC

CNA Experience.

Must be willing to work every other weekend Holiday Coverage Required #4001 #
