We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Muscoda, Wisconsin . About the
Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Rivers Edge Nursing & Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nurses and other healthcare professionals Assisting with basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering medications Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, including their personal spaces and common areas Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs Documenting resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulations
Responsibilities:
