• Key Responsibilities
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Facilitate patient mobility and transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary.
• Ensure patient hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health standards.
• Accurately document patient care activities using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• Familiarity with long-term care, assisted living, or nursing home environments is desirable.
• Ability to provide specialized care for patients with developmental disabilities, dementia, or other cognitive impairments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse patient populations.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.

Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the State of Wisconsin Must be at least 18 years old Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay:

$25.00 per hour
