facility!•Job Summary Careview Transitional Care of Weston is seeking a compassionate, Full-Time, Resident Assistant to support residents in our Assisted Living community during the day shift (6a to 6p). We are welcoming CNAs to apply as well. In this role, you will assist residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and help ensure a safe and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and committed to our mission of putting people first. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Maintain a clean, safe living environment Help residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration Provide companionship and emotional support Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff Assist with evening routines and preparation for bedtime Requirements Caregiving or senior care experience preferred
STNA/CNA
certification preferred but not required Compassionate and dependable with strong teamwork skills Ability to assist residents with mobility and personal care Ability to work the full-time 6 AM - 6 PM shift Join a team committed to putting people first—every resident, every day.
