Looking for a permanent, year-round opportunity with a reputable electrical contractor? This position focuses primarily on residential electrical installation, with service and troubleshooting as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Residential electrical installation for new construction and remodeling

Rough-in and finish electrical work

Install wiring, panels, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, and fixtures

Read electrical plans, blueprints, and diagrams

Perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed

Diagnose electrical issues and provide solutions

Maintain quality, code-compliant workmanship

Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Maintain vehicle, tools, supplies, and job documentation

Attend daily job briefings at the Weston shop

Participate in on-call rotation and ongoing training

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License

5+ years of residential electrical experience

Strong residential installation experience

Residential service/troubleshooting preferred

Knowledge of electrical codes and safe work practices

Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot electrical systems

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
