Note:
Candidate should be residing outside 100 miles from the facility. Job Description. Provides for activities of daily living. Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials; transporting patients; answering patient's requests; reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor. Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Provides patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, nti-embolism stockings, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths. Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information. Storing and setting up medical equipment
  • laying out tools for the next patient exam.
Assist residents with all aspects of ADLs as needed. (Dressing, grooming, mealtimes, etc.) All other duties as assigned Complies with HIPAA Privacy Act by protecting confidential patient information. Follows all policies and procedures to maintain a safe setting. Participate in all training and continuing education. Maintains licensure to meet federal, state, and accreditation standards.
