$25/hr on W2 for Locals $28/hr for Traveller's Shifts - Days/Nights available Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) team at Healthcare Facility. The CNA will provide high-quality patient care, support nursing staff, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients requiring extended medical attention. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes to the nursing team. Support patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of patient rooms and care areas. Requirements Active CNA certification for the state of Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain). Previous LTAC, acute care, or skilled nursing experience preferred. Ability to work 12-hour mid shifts on rotating schedules. Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills. Ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely.
