Key Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field. Three (3) years' experience in health care administration, or a combination of experience, education and training which would provide knowledge required by this position. Experience as Licensed Administrator in a Skilled Nursing/Longterm Care nursing home. Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license or meet the licensure requirements of this State.

Responsibilities:

The Administrator is responsible to direct the day-to-day functions of the VA facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to residents at all times.
