About the role:

As an Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations and supervise all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance. The Administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting or exceeding quality, clinical and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives. You will ensure premier customer service while facilitating the resolution of resident care issues.

Facility Details:

65 SNF, 20 AL beds. Current census

• 61 SNF, 20 AL Short-term rehab, skilled nursing & assisted living All clinical managers/leaders will report to the Administrator Salaried Role
• $110,000-115,000/year

Hours :

M-FR | business from 8a-5pm, will have oversight of building | needs flexibility to have some altered days, if issues arise

• Rotating Holidays/Weekends (usually scheduled out for a year)

Other Coverage:

• Extreme Abuse Coordinator
• 24/7 during emergency situations.
• On-call Requirement for Leadership
• 4 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, rotation amongst the

ADON, DON, and Site Administrator What You'll Need:

LNHA licensure Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations Prefer some experience in a LTC/SNF setting in a administrator or similar role Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Home Administration or related field (Healthcare Admin or Business Admin)
