This is not simply a compliance position. Resident experience, family relationships, occupancy, staff culture and community reputation all matter. Our organization is growing, which creates significant opportunity for the right person to grow with us. We want someone who takes ownership, brings ideas forward and wants to help build an assisted living operation rather than simply maintain one. Why Join Us? This is an opportunity to take a meaningful leadership role within a growing boutique assisted living organization .
