What You'll Do:
Provide leadership and oversight for all community operations, ensuring efficient daily management and high‑quality resident services Supervise, coach, and develop department leaders and staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and engaged workplace culture Ensure full compliance with federal, state, local, and licensing regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Deliver with community relations to support occupancy goals, sales initiatives, and resident admissions processes Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to maintain a qualified, high‑performing team Manage the community budget and financial performance, including monitoring expenses, audits, and variance reporting
What You'll Need:
Current Arizona-assisted living administrator certification/license required Minimum 5 years of Executive Director experience in a memory care community required Must be fluent in English Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to work holidays, participate in weekend coverage, and respond to community needs as necessary Benefits Available to
