Job Overview The Home Administrator is a vital leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position involves implementing, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of residential care at Meadow Creek Home. The Administrator will uphold the mission, values, and objectives of the program while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. This role requires a compassionate leader with experience in residential care home management and a strong understanding of assisted living environments. Duties Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care facility, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to participants. Coordinate and supervise staff and schedules to ensure they meet care standards and regulatory requirements. Implement policies and procedures aligned with the mission and regulatory standards of the home. Collaborate with community agencies such as Community Care Licensing and Regional Centers to ensure compliance and quality assurance. Manage care plans tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring personalized support meets each participant's needs. Maintain accurate documentation related to participant care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. Facilitate staff training and development to promote best practices in residential care and assisted living environments. Address any operational issues promptly, fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff alike. Experience Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential or care facility setting. Prior experience in care facility administration or management within a residential care home or assisted living environment required. Certification as a Home Administrator preferred. 5+ years in a DSP or caregiver role accepted for interview if applicants do not posses any Home Admin experience or certification. Strong understanding of regulations governing residential care homes, including compliance standards established by licensing authorities. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of participant care and safety. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and operational procedures. Pay:

$70,720.00 - $72,800.00 per year
