Healthcare Job Summary:

At a premier healthcare community in Dixon, CA, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Director to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for helping seniors live their best lives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional resident care, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise all departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures Facilitate positive communication with key family members every 60 days and proactively communicate community happenings Achieve revenue and census goals through direct implementation of the marketing plan Prepare, control, and meet budget goals to optimize NOI performance Engage with residents, families, and team members to build relationships and drive customer satisfaction Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional hospitality, empathy, and professionalism Conduct regular walks, engage in conversations, and address resident concerns and needs Host and lead in-services to maintain regulatory compliance and improve customer service Champion the hiring process, conducting interviews, and leading training sessions for new hires Monitor and address any concerns or issues, taking prompt and effective action to resolve Collaborate with the community's Sales Director and Care Director to drive sales and customer satisfaction

Additional Responsibilities:

Pass drug screening and background checks Demonstrate a strong understanding of the challenges faced by seniors, families, and team members Empathize with and support residents, families, and team members to build strong relationships Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

2 years of experience, with a passion for helping seniors live their best lives Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and empathy for others Ability to work with a diverse population, including seniors with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 25 pounds; stand or walk throughout 50% of the workday; and frequently push, pull, bend, twist, and reach Involve light to heavy physical activity performing non-strenuous and strenuous activities
