This is an exciting opportunity to provide operational leadership for the Assisted Living component of a senior living campus while helping elevate the resident and family experience. The ideal candidate is a licensed Assisted Living professional who combines strong operational and clinical knowledge with a hospitality-focused leadership style. This individual is passionate about building relationships, leading teams, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Assisted Living component of a premier senior living campus. Ensure compliance with all California RCFE regulations and licensing requirements. Oversee resident care planning, changes of condition, documentation, charting, and regulatory reporting. Lead, mentor, and support the Assisted Living team while fostering a positive, resident-centered culture. Build strong relationships with residents and families through proactive communication and exceptional customer service. Partner closely with the Campus Executive Director and department leaders to ensure seamless campus operations. Identify opportunities to enhance the resident experience and improve overall satisfaction. Support occupancy growth by creating an exceptional resident and family experience that drives referrals and retention. Ensure quality care is delivered while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Promote a hospitality-first culture focused on responsiveness, accountability, and service excellence. Qualifications California RCFE Administrator license required (or equivalent licensed AL leadership experience). Proven leadership experience within Assisted Living operations. Strong knowledge of RCFE regulations, compliance, resident care planning, and clinical operations. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop staff, and foster employee engagement. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with residents, families, and team members. Customer service and hospitality mindset with a passion for creating exceptional resident experiences. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Financial acumen and operational management experience preferred.
