Job Description

A well-established skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for a confidential leadership opportunity in Central Florida . The primary focus of this role is leading a skilled nursing operation , while also providing oversight and leadership across an affiliated Assisted Living/Independent Living campus. We are looking for a seasoned SNF leader who is customer-service focused, knows how to build an engaged team, and has the vision to help move a growing campus forward.

Salary:

$170,000 - $200,000

DOE Qualifications:

Active Florida LNHA license 5+ years of SNF Administrator experience preferred Strong SNF operations and leadership background Proven ability to build and engage teams Customer-service focused CORE certification a plus
