Memory Care Manager (LPN Certified) Water's Edge Assisted Living of Bradenton is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Manager to lead our specialized care team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the memory care unit, ensuring high-quality resident care and safety Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Supervise and support caregiving staff, providing training and guidance to maintain compliance with care standards Monitor residents' health status, respond to changes, and coordinate with healthcare providers as needed Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:
