Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents Foster a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and staff development Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of facilities, equipment, and supplies Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care and services Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community partners Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or related healthcare leadership role Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and recommendations
