License Nursing Home Administrator (NHA)

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and our employees have the necessary resources to provide exceptional service. Administrator Responsibilities:

Manage the overall operation of the facility, including staff supervision, budgeting, and policy implementation Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe, effective, and efficient manner Promote a positive and respectful work environment that encourages open communication and teamwork Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote the facility and its services Analyze and report on operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Administrator Requirements:
