We are seeking an experienced Interim Assisted Living Director (RN) for a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in the Orlando, Florida market. This is an immediate interim leadership need supporting the Assisted Living and Memory Care programs within a well-established CCRC environment. The organization is seeking a strong operational and clinical leader with experience navigating Florida regulatory requirements and supporting high-acuity senior living environments. Position Highlights Immediate interim opportunity with potential for long-term consideration Oversight of approximately 48 Assisted Living beds and 24-32 Memory Care beds CCRC environment with collaboration across care settings Strong preference for Florida experience due to state-specific regulations RN required Assisted Living experience strongly preferred Opportunity to stabilize operations and support leadership transition Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational and clinical oversight of the Assisted Living and Memory Care programs Ensure compliance with all Florida Assisted Living regulations and survey readiness standards Support staffing oversight, team leadership, and resident care quality initiatives Partner with executive leadership and department heads to maintain operational stability Assist with transition planning and leadership continuity during the interim period Support resident, family, and staff communication during leadership transition Maintain strong documentation, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance Qualifications Active RN license required Florida healthcare leadership experience required Assisted Living leadership experience preferred Experience within a CCRC environment highly preferred CORE certification preferred for permanent consideration Strong understanding of Florida Assisted Living regulations and compliance expectations Ability to step into an active leadership transition environment with minimal ramp-up time Compensation & Structure Interim/contract engagement Compensation dependent on experience and assignment structure Potential opportunity for permanent consideration if mutually aligned Full Spectrum is an equal opportunity search firm.
