Job Description

About Us:
Our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Champaign, IL area is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our leadership team. We are committed to providing high-quality care for our residents while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for our staff.
What You'll Do:
Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure excellent resident care and regulatory compliance. Lead, mentor, and support department managers and staff to build a positive workplace culture. Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and develop strategies for continued growth. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners. Stay current with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting skilled nursing facilities. Champion initiatives that improve resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall performance.
What We're Looking For:
Active Illinois LNHA license (required). 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness. Proven track record of building teams and managing operations successfully. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
