Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of nursing home operations, regulatory compliance, and resident-centered care. As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee daily facility management, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and foster a compassionate environment that promotes the well-being of residents. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high-quality care services while managing operational and financial aspects effectively. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of nursing home operations, including staff management, resident care, and regulatory compliance. Develop and implement care plans tailored to residents' needs, including specialized dementia and Alzheimer's care programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local long-term care regulations and health policies. Supervise care facility teams, including nursing staff, administrative personnel, and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. Manage healthcare financials such as budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain resident's rights by promoting dignity, autonomy, and personalized care within the facility. Oversee medication administration procedures in accordance with healthcare standards and policies. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes. Coordinate with community services to support residents with disabilities or developmental disabilities as needed. Lead efforts in quality assurance initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and safety standards. Qualifications Valid licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in accordance with state regulations. Extensive experience in nursing home administration or long-term care management. Proven leadership skills with supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare settings. Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, health policy compliance, and dementia or Alzheimer's care best practices. Familiarity with healthcare financial management, budgeting, and operational oversight. Experience working with residents requiring memory care or specialized dementia services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks and reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster teamwork and maintain positive resident relations. Background in assisted living or residential care home environments is advantageous. Pay:
$150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
