Job Description

Wellness Director - Assisted Living Facility (Chicago Area) A confidential assisted living community is seeking an experienced Wellness Director to oversee resident wellness programs and care coordination.

Responsibilities:

Lead resident assessments and wellness plans Supervise wellness/care staff Coordinate with nursing, families, and providers Ensure regulatory compliance and quality of care Support resident health, safety, and engagement

Requirements:

RN/LPN preferred or relevant healthcare leadership experience Experience in assisted living or long-term care Strong leadership and communication skills
