Licenses Nursing Home Administrator Job Summary Prairie Oasis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Administrator to join our team in South Holland, Illinois. As Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care. About the Role As a Licenses Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for: Overseeing the overall operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective care delivery. Managing and coordinating the admissions and discharge processes to ensure seamless transitions for our residents. Collaborating with our medical director and multi-disciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitoring and reporting on quality care indicators, patient satisfaction, and staff performance. Providing leadership and guidance to our administrative and clinical staff to ensure that our residents receive exceptional care and service. Requirements Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Illinois. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
