An established and well-respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation organization is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead the daily operations of a long-term care facility in Massachusetts. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with exceptional communication, operational, and team-building skills who is committed to delivering outstanding resident care. Responsibilities Direct the day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures. Foster a culture focused on quality care, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement. Recruit, develop, and support department leaders and staff. Oversee staffing, scheduling, and operational performance. Manage budgets, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Promote and protect resident rights while maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the surrounding community. Qualifications Current, active Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator License required. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting . Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement, compliance, and nursing home operations. Proven leadership, financial management, and organizational skills. Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
