The Commons in Lincoln campus is looking for a caring and compassionate Move-In Coordinator to contribute to achieving the Community's occupancy and revenue goals and ensure smooth and successful move-in experiences for our residents.

The Move-in Coordinator will work with and support a friendly and dynamic sales and marketing team. If you have a strong passion for customer experience, take pride in what you do and are looking for a company that shares your vision, then this is the ideal opportunity. Responsibilities Support and contribute to our sales efforts in achieving the community's occupancy and revenue goals Maintain appropriate sales collateral including Floorplans, Pricing, Waitlist and Occupancy Reports Work with the sales team in coordinating all prospect medical and financial materials necessary to complete the deposit process Work with the sales team through the room turn customization process, initiate a comprehensive move in checklist and be responsible for the community's "first impressions" and details that make for an exceptional customer experience Maintain an open & ongoing dialogue with the new resident from the time the deposit is placed through Move In to ensure a smooth transition for the resident and a strong connection to the community Requirements Associates or bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other relevant discipline Analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Some prior experience in an independent living community a plus There is nothing common about The Commons in Lincoln.
