Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Live-In Manager to oversee the daily operations of a senior care facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and facility management. Develop, implement, and monitor resident care plans that address specific needs related to dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other cognitive impairments. Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, financial management, staffing schedules, and maintaining accurate documentation using Microsoft Office tools. Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local long-term care regulations and policies governing assisted living and nursing home facilities. Foster positive relationships with residents' families by providing updates on care progress and addressing concerns promptly. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to support residents' medical needs and facilitate access to disability services when necessary. Skills Extensive experience in nursing home or senior care environments with a strong understanding of dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, and long-term care regulations. Proven management skills with experience supervising care teams and overseeing operations within assisted living or residential care homes. Knowledge of healthcare financial management including budgeting, financial acumen, and resource allocation. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and health regulation policies governing long-term care facilities. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative team environment. Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in home & community care settings is highly valued.
