Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at our skilled nursing facility in Baltimore, Maryland. The Administrator is responsible for the overall management, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality outcomes of the facility while ensuring the highest level of care and service for residents. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively oversee interdisciplinary departments, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive culture for staff, residents, and families. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of all facility operations including nursing, rehabilitation, dietary, environmental services, maintenance, and administration Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations , including NJ Department of Health and CMS requirements Lead survey readiness efforts and maintain a strong quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) program Manage financial performance including census growth and expense management Oversee staffing, recruitment, retention, and staff development initiatives Promote a culture focused on quality care, resident satisfaction, and clinical excellence Collaborate with medical directors, department heads, and corporate leadership to achieve operational and clinical goals Ensure timely and accurate reporting for regulatory agencies and internal leadership Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners Qualifications Active Maryland Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) required Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum of 2 years in leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility Strong knowledge of MD DOH regulations, CMS guidelines, and long-term care operations Proven track record with survey management, census development, and operational performance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision) Paid time off Opportunity to lead a dedicated team focused on exceptional resident care #IND123
