Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at our skilled nursing facility in Baltimore, Maryland. The Administrator is responsible for the overall management, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and quality outcomes of the facility while ensuring the highest level of care and service for residents. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively oversee interdisciplinary departments, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive culture for staff, residents, and families.
