Meadow Ponds Assisted Living in Pierz, MN, is seeking a motivated professional with strong leadership skills for their Assisted Living Director. We are looking for a person who will exemplify these values and be willing to work hard on behalf of our residents, their families and our team members. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 20 unit Assisted Living location. You will work with the Regional Manager and Nursing staff to oversee daily operations of the site. These duties include, but are not limited to, directing resident services, payroll, coordinating admission/discharge, staff scheduling, budget management, marketing, and staff supervision. This is a Salaried, Full Time, On-Site Position. Wage will be dependent on experience.

THIS POSITION INCLUDES A FULL BENEFIT

PACKAGE and opportunities for Bonus pay. Note - due to new MDH license requirements, you will need at least 3 years Senior Long-Term Care/Assisted Living experience. If you are currently not a licensed Assisted Living Director, you will be required to apply for it upon hire (ALL expenses for this are paid by the company).
