Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) , you will oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading our care team: Develop and implement effective care plans, guide staff in delivering high-quality care, and make informed decisions that promote resident well-being and quality of life.
Managing facility operations:
Oversee all aspects of facility management, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensuring compliance:
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including state and federal laws, and accreditation standards.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams:
Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and exceptional outcomes.
Requirements:
