Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Administrator to lead our nursing facility's day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, drive business growth, and deliver high-quality clinical services. The Administrator will foster positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare workers, and visitors, while promoting a culture of excellence and integrity. SUMMARY The Administrator will be responsible for the overall operation of the facility in accordance with resident needs, and regulations established by the government and the company policies while maintaining quality care for the residents. To be successful in this position, candidates should demonstrate knowledge of State and Federal Nursing Home Regulations. Must be Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Missouri.
