CoxHealth Job Description:
The Administrative Director of Home Care is responsible for overseeing the operations CoxHealth at Home to ensure the delivery of world-class customer service aligned with CoxHealth's values. This role ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while maintaining the highest quality of service. Key responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts, supervising and developing staff, and fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence. The Administrative Director also plays a strategic role in aligning departmental objectives with CoxHealth's mission, vision, and values, participating in long-term planning, and implementing operational goals. Additionally, the role includes financial oversight, with primary responsibility for developing and managing CoxHealth at Home's annual budget. The Administrative Director ensures fiscal responsibility while driving operational efficiency and sustainable growth. The position requires close coordination with corporate compliance and legal teams to maintain adherence to all relevant regulations, providing necessary training and oversight to uphold organizational standards.
Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
Experience Required:
Minimum of ten years management experience with three of those years of experience in administration or management within a home care agency or related program Skills Ability to identify and solve problems, use initiative and work independently. Requires planning, strong decision making, time management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people. Ability to handle multiple priorities and effectively coordinate work while remaining flexible. Attention to detail, conscientious. Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A
