Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Group Manager to oversee operations in our group home living facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of resident rights, care plans, and medication administration. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest quality of care for residents, particularly those with developmental disabilities, while fostering a supportive environment for both staff and residents. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards of care. Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, regularly reviewing and adjusting as necessary. Ensure that resident rights are respected and upheld at all times. Lead, mentor, and train staff members to provide exceptional care in a nurturing environment. Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and accuracy. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for residents. Conduct regular assessments of facility operations and resident satisfaction to identify areas for improvement. Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff to foster a community-oriented atmosphere. Skills Strong knowledge of resident rights within group home settings. Experience supervising teams in group home or similar environments. Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Proficient in medication administration protocols and care plan development. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with residents, families, and team members. Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
