Director of the facility is responsible for maintaining the facility to ensure compliance within the facility at all times. Responsible for organizing employee files, filing, scheduling/completing appointments with Social Security, Liberty Healthcare etc. monitoring podiatry, dental, and other ancillary services. Ensuring trainings are up to date for all employees and distribution of supplies as needed. Ensuring TB tests for employees are in compliance as well as all trainings, etc. is up to date and in compliance with state guidelines. Ensure the care and well-being of the residents.

Performance Standards:

• Must be able to work as a team player in order to provide residents with the care needed.
• Must always be punctual and display a professional and positive attitude.
• Must be a right hand to the administrator and assist in daily duties.
• Must provide patience, understanding, and genuine concern when dealing with the residents and employees.
• Must treat residents' and employee's information confidential.
• Must be timely and accurately in completion of all assignments.
• Must comply with facility work rules as well as work schedule.
• Must be able to lift as needed.
