Full Job Description Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Position:
Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and results-oriented Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while providing exceptional leadership to promote high-quality resident care, employee engagement, and financial performance. Responsibilities Direct and oversee all facility operations. Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and local regulations. Maintain survey readiness and implement quality improvement initiatives. Develop and manage operating budgets. Recruit, mentor, and support department leaders. Foster a positive culture focused on resident-centered care. Collaborate with medical staff, residents, families, and community partners. Monitor quality measures, occupancy, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Ensure resident rights and safety are protected at all times. Qualifications Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of New Jersey Minimum of 3-5 years of long-term care leadership experience. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state regulations, and reimbursement systems. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and financial management skills. Proven success with regulatory surveys and quality improvement. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading high-performing interdisciplinary teams. Strong background in census development and employee retention. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
