Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Complete Care at Harborage | Hackensack, NJ Complete Care is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead Complete Care at Harborage , a 247-bed skilled nursing facility located adjacent to Hackensack University Medical Center. With a 4-Star CMS Overall Quality Rating , our center is committed to providing exceptional post-acute and long-term care while fostering a positive environment for residents and employees alike. If you are an experienced nursing home leader with a passion for quality care, operational excellence, and team development, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities for Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Lead, coach, and develop department managers and interdisciplinary teams. Drive clinical quality, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement. Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational goals. Maintain survey readiness and support quality improvement initiatives. Build relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and the local community. Qualifications of Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): Active New Jersey Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required. Minimum 3 years of Nursing Home Administrator experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility required. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey process, and long-term care operations. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
