  • A leading Assisted Living facility , is seeking a compassionate and experienced Executive Director to lead our community in providing exceptional care to our residents.
The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving both financial and clinical excellence. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership and Management :
Provide overall leadership to the staff, ensuring a high standard of resident care and operational efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure the community is in compliance with all state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and fulfilling licensing requirements.
Financial Oversight :
Manage the facility's budget, control costs, and optimize financial performance while ensuring high-quality care.
Team Development :
Recruit, train, and mentor staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment that fosters professional growth.
Resident Care and Satisfaction :
Ensure resident needs are met, and work closely with families and staff to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
Community Engagement :
Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, healthcare professionals, and community partners to promote the community and its services.
Strategic Planning :
Implement long-term strategies to enhance the facility's growth, reputation, and service offerings.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Licensed Administrator in New Mexico or the ability to obtain licensure upon hire. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in senior living, healthcare management, or a related field. Strong understanding of state and federal regulations for Assisted Living. Proven leadership skills with experience in budgeting, financial management, and staff development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
