You will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining full compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical and support departments, driving quality and survey readiness, managing budgets and census, and developing a high-performing, compassionate team. You will partner closely with residents, families, and staff to foster a culture of respect, integrity, and collaboration, while advancing performance and growth within the Genesis HealthCare network. Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for the nursing home's clinical and non-clinical operations. Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local long-term care regulations and CMS requirements. Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and resident satisfaction initiatives. Develop, manage, and monitor facility budgets, census, and financial performance. Recruit, mentor, and evaluate department leaders and staff to build a high-performing team culture. Maintain survey readiness and lead response and corrective action for regulatory surveys and audits. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners. Implement patient-centered policies that support dignity, respect, and quality of life. Collaborate with Genesis HCC leadership on strategic initiatives, reporting, and performance goals. Oversee risk management, safety, and emergency preparedness programs for the facility.
