Responsibilities:
Monitor nursing center financial reports and implements corrective action as required. Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports. Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations. Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by our core values, and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents. Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
Qualifications:
Licensed according to state regulations Excellent interpersonal skills - well-developed verbal and written communication skills Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers On-call availability
