The Hearth at Greenpoint Liverpool, New York is actively seeking a full-time Resident Care Director (RN or LPN), for our 186-bed Independent and Enriched Housing Community. This leadership position requires an experienced operational and clinical leader who can effectively oversee the Wellness Department while partnering closely with the Executive Director and community leadership team to ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and staff accountability.

Compensation and Benefits Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year Qualifications Must possess a valid RN or LPN license issued by the State of New York. Minimum of three (3) years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care settings. Demonstrated Enriched Housing (EH) experience with strong working knowledge of New York State regulations. Proven experience leading clinical operations, staffing management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and survey readiness initiatives. Must be available for on-call responsibilities and emergency response as needed.
