Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and safety standards across all facility operations. Oversee medication administration processes and coordinate healthcare services in collaboration with nursing staff. Supervise staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and skilled team. Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, incident reports, regulatory compliance, and financial records using Microsoft Office tools. Foster positive relationships with residents' families and external healthcare providers to support residents' well-being and rights. Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable operations. Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency in accordance with industry best practices. Skills Extensive experience in nursing home or assisted living management with a strong background in senior care and long-term care regulations. Proven leadership skills with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or residential care settings. Deep understanding of dementia care, Alzheimer's disease management, memory care strategies, and resident's rights advocacy. Proficiency in developing care plans that address complex health needs including disability services and developmental disabilities. Knowledge of healthcare financial management including budgeting, financial acumen, and resource optimization. Familiarity with medication administration protocols and home & community care services. Strong organizational skills with expertise in managing operations within regulated environments using Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with residents' families, staff members, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies. Ability to navigate long-term care policies such as assisted living standards and home care regulations confidently.
