Job Description

Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of specialized memory care programming to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Manages the provision of services for 49 Memory Care Residents.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train care staff in dementia care best practices, behavioral support, and communication strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies, including all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers, family members, and staff.
  • Coordinate with dining, activities, and therapy teams to deliver holistic resident experiences.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for families, addressing concerns promptly and compassionately.
  • Monitor program performance and outcomes, implementing improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or equivalent healthcare/administrative experience preferred.
  • Certification in dementia care or Alzheimer's care highly desirable.
  • Proven leadership experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or senior living environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
  • Annual salary: $70,000 - $80,000
