Description Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Cincinnati, OH | Full Time A respected skilled nursing and long-term care community in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide leadership and operational oversight. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare leader who is passionate about resident care, team development, regulatory compliance, and overall facility performance. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the skilled nursing facility. Provide leadership and direction to department heads and facility staff. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Promote high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction. Monitor quality improvement initiatives and facility performance. Support census growth, referral development, and community relationships. Manage budgets, staffing, and operational resources. Build a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and employee retention. Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and community partners. Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys and inspections. Qualifications Current Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required. Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare leadership experience preferred. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and facility operations. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to motivate teams and effectively manage multiple priorities.
