What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of the facility Provide leadership and support to department heads and staff Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements Monitor quality of care, resident satisfaction, and facility performance Assist with staffing, budgeting, and operational goals Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the surrounding community Support survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Current

LNHA/NHA
