Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Edgewood Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center — Port Clinton, OH Edgewood Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located in beautiful Port Clinton, OH , is seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about quality care, team development, and operational excellence. Position Summary The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting a resident-centered culture focused on quality outcomes and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for all facility departments and operations Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Health and federal regulations Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness Support staffing, retention, training, and employee engagement Oversee admissions, census development, and community relationships Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational goals Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and the care team Requirements Active Ohio LNHA license (required) Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Commitment to high-quality care and a positive resident experience Why Join Edgewood Manor?
