Description Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Lebanon, OH | Are you an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) looking for an opportunity to make a bigger impact? We are seeking a strong, people-focused Administrator to oversee two skilled nursing communities in Lebanon, Ohio , located just a few miles apart. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader who enjoys building strong teams, supporting clinical excellence, and overseeing multiple operations while having the support of established department leadership. What You'll Do As the LNHA, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for both communities while working closely with the existing department heads and clinical teams.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee daily operations and ensure quality resident care Lead, coach, and support department heads and staff Monitor census, financial performance, staffing, and operational goals Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements Support quality improvement and survey readiness Build positive relationships with residents, families, employees, and the surrounding community Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional resident care Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership across both locations What We're Looking For Current LNHA license in the state of Ohio Previous nursing home or skilled nursing leadership experience Strong knowledge of long-term care operations and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to effectively oversee multiple communities A hands-on, team-oriented leadership style Commitment to quality care and resident satisfaction Why Consider This Opportunity?
