Bridges Health, Oklahoma's only 100% employee-owned post-acute and long-term care provider, is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join their team in Oklahoma City! Summary Responsibilities Responsible for the overall management of the clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of our Medicare-certified facility. Oversee facility compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommend operational changes as needed. Ensure and improve the financial stability of the facility. Experience & Education Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license. 2+ years of Nursing Home Administration experience. Proven success in operations, compliance, sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills. Benefits We offer competitive pay relative to experience.
