Sand Springs Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team. Leadership Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and direction for daily facility operations. Foster a positive, team-focused culture that supports staff and residents. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness. Partner with department leaders to achieve clinical, operational, and financial goals. Qualifications Current Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care. Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. Long-term care leadership experience preferred.
