This is a full-time opportunity offering daily home time, consistent freight, predictable routes, and steady weekly hours. Drivers operate within approximately a 375-mile radius of Sand Springs while delivering merchandise to retail store locations. Routes are assigned in advance and generally remain consistent from week to week. This position is best suited for drivers who are comfortable with physical work and want the stability of a dedicated local schedule. Pay Average annual earnings around $78,000 Hourly pay: $25.75 per hour Guaranteed minimum of 40 paid hours each week Typical work weeks average approximately 55 hours Straight-time hourly pay (no overtime premium) Schedule Monday through Friday Saturdays required during busy periods as business needs demand Typical start time between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM Daily shifts generally run 10 to 13 hours Home every day after your route Job Duties As a Local CDL-A Driver, you will: Deliver freight to retail store locations Complete approximately 2 to 5 deliveries per route Hand unload freight using conveyor systems or roller ramps Occasionally use a pallet jack to unload palletized freight Transport preloaded trailers Perform scheduled local delivery routes Assist with equipment repositioning or other local freight assignments when needed Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures Responsibilities This is a physically demanding driving position.

Drivers should be prepared to:

Hand unload freight throughout the day Move approximately 50+ boxes at each stop Lift boxes weighing 2 to 100 pounds (most commonly 30 to 60 pounds) Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and climb throughout the workday Applicants should be comfortable performing regular lifting and unloading activities during every shift.
