What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain a culture focused on resident-centered care, hospitality, service excellence, and employee engagement Lead, coach, and develop leaders and employees to achieve operational and quality goals Partner with the Director of Nursing and clinical leadership to promote quality outcomes and exceptional resident care Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies Oversee staffing, scheduling, retention, and workforce planning in partnership with community leadership Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall community performance Serve as a visible and engaged leader within the community & local market
What We're Looking For:
Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Pennsylvania Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, senior living, or related healthcare environments Strong financial, operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills A passion for serving older adults and creating an exceptional resident experience Why Join Us?
