Key Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Promote exceptional clinical quality and resident satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff. Manage financial performance, budgeting, census growth, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders. Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence. Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care. Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey process, reimbursement, budgeting, and healthcare operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated success improving quality measures, employee engagement, occupancy, and financial performance.
